At Lynch Farm, we produce the highest quality 100% Black Angus beef on the market today.  Our steers are born and raised on our 6th generation family farm and sired from our bull who is in the top 10% of Black Angus genetics in the United States.  These steers are the best of the best.  Once they are weaned from their mothers, our steers are fed a grain diet consisting of brewers grain from a local brewery as well as a proprietary blend of finishing feed milled specifically for our farm.  We believe these non GMO ingredients lead to exceptional tenderness, marbling, and most importantly flavor for our meat.

Genetics

Black Angus cows as a cattle breed are great mothers.  They produce healthy babies, plenty of milk for optimal nutrition, and are very protective of their young.  Black Angus cows are also extremely resilient to diseases that herds can be susceptible to during their life.  We can count on these mothers year after year to produce great stock for the health of our beef business as well as the health of our herd. 

Cow-Calf Operation

Traditionally, Lynch Farm has been a cow-calf operation through the generations of farmers who have built our farm.  Back in the Nineties, we stopped producing meat for the masses to focus on supplying farmers and ranchers with top-notch bulls and heifers.  With the latest supply chain issues and much interest from the public, we decided to implement the old practices we have watched, get back to our former glory, and produce the highest quality meat to sell to the public.  In addition to our beef, our farm will still continue to sell bulls and heifers to market.

Passion for the Animals

Being 6th generation owner/operators, Justin Lynch and his wife Kristen, want to offer their community the best beef available.  Each step of the finishing process has been thoroughly researched by Justin in addition to on-the-job training with his grandfather as well as his mother and father, Trisha and Murray, who are vital to the success of our farm.  It is a family operation.  Justin and Murray raise the cows and steers humanely, feed them each day, and take care of all their needs and wants.  Lynch Farm steers and cows are very happy on our large farm.
